Bella Vista was developed and is owned by Hira Co. S.A. It has been established in Spain since 1990 and is fully owned subsidiary of The Hira Company Limited.

The Hira Company Limited was established in the UK in 1959 and is an International organization with offices in Manchester, England as well as Spain, Hong Kong and China.

Our core business is development and rental of high quality holiday apartments.

Currently Hira Co. S.A. owns and manages Bella Vista Hotel, Bella Vista Apartments, La Cima Del Mar and Bella Vista II.
